The Success Coaching program is a year-round service that allows coaches and clients (“coachees”) the time to build a productive relationship. AICI Success Coaching may be conducted through conference calls, in-person meetings, or at AICI's annual conference. It is up to the coach and client to determine and agree on the best approach.

Who are the AICI Success Coaches?
Coaching is provided by leaders in the image industry who are certified professional (AICI CIP) or master (AICI CIM) members of AICI or certified in a field outside of image consulting.
Do I have to be an AICI member to be coached in this program?
No, the program is also open to non-members who are interested in learning about the image profession and/or starting an image business.
How is the coaching conducted?
Coaching may be conducted through conference calls, in-person meetings, or at AICI's annual conference. It is up to the coach and client to determine and agree on the best approach.
How do I sign up to be coached?
Take a look at the coaches’ bios and their areas of expertise on the AICI website. Contact the coach or coaches that seem to be the best fit for your needs. Interview them before you make your coach selection. Some coaches will offer a complimentary introductory session. Once you’ve decided on the right coach for you, please review the Terms of Agreement and register online to begin the coaching process.
What does it cost?
For members the cost is US$125.00 per hour and for non-members, US$250.00 per hour.
How long will I work with a coach?
This will depend on your needs and preferences and will be determined when you start working with your coach.

What Is Coaching?
