Ltd President After graduating from Kwansei Gakuin University, I worked in apparel manufacturing and experienced various kinds of business — including display design, covering department store and specialty store, training for sales staff at sales support department and color direction & marketing research at planning department. During that period, I also felt the need to learn ‘OMOTENASHI’ (a Japanese way of sophisticated hospitality) to take care of customers. I started learning traditional Japanese manners and the tea ceremony. Through this, I established a teaching method which combines communication skill & authentic Japanese hospitality. I acquired FLC to teach the importance of first impressions and image. I have successfully led many companies to the good sales achievements with these teaching techniques.
