Important: What We Don’t Want

  1. If an attendee was to ask “how do I implement this approach in my own business?”, and the answer is “you have to hire the presenter,” that presentation would NOT be appropriate for this conference.
  2. Presentations that only provide theoretical content without specific practical application knowledge.
  3. Speakers are reminded that all sessions are intended for educational purposes and to refrain from any promotion and sales of your products and services during the session presentation. We invite you to consider taking an exhibition booth during the AICI Conference where we offer ample opportunities for exhibitors to promote their products and services.

Other Submission Guidelines

  1. One or more individuals may present, so consider a partner if you feel it will enhance your content and delivery.
  2. To preserve the educational integrity of the conference, presenters must refrain from using their sessions to promote their products or services. The AICI conference is a unique environment where Image Consulting professionals engage in open dialogue and creative exchange of ideas without commercial content.
  3. AICI authorizes AICI Continuing Education Units (AICI CEUs) using rigorous educational standards. All speakers applying for concurrent sessions must have their sessions authorized for CEUs. Sessions will be CEU’d through AICI’s CEU Administrator, and the CEU Appraiser will determine whether each speaker has met the criteria to present at the AICI Conference.
