Cynthia Bronson; AICI CIP, Washington D.C. Chapter
Cynthia Bronson, AICI CIP, LD is the President and CEO of the DC Protocol Academy formerly The Bronson Group International and has been an Entrepreneur since 1996. She works with corporate leaders to cultivate diplomacy under pressure, one corporation, one company, one individual at a time. Ms. Bronson is a certified Image, Etiquette, and Training Professional. She has over 20 years’ experience developing and delivering training programs for national and international clients such as United Airlines, Military Transition, Vion Corporation, Association of Image Consultants International [AICI], Jeunique International, Fairfax County Department of Education, George Mason University, U.S. Government, AICI Washington DC Chapter, and more; leading seminars; facilitating class-room training; teaching presentation skills; training trainers and facilitating board meetings.
Ms. Bronson has handled myriad protocol concerns and the cultural challenges of visiting dignitaries from various countries such as United Kingdom, Canada, Russia, Japan, Guam, Sweden, Panama, South Africa, Puerto Rico, etc., and planned events for Adjutants’ General conferences. She has also advised corporate, military and government professionals on appropriate event dress, etiquette, and protocol. Ms. Bronson holds a Leadership and Development certification from the prestigious Harvard University and has been working with non-profit associations and organizations on leadership development for board of directors’ leaders. Presently, she is the advisor for a non-profit association board of director in Washington DC and oratorical workshop trainer for her church. Former leadership positions include: VP Education, VP Programs, Nominations Chair and President AICI Washington DC Chapter; VP Finance AICI International Board of Directors HQs; and a member of the AICI Washington DC Chapter.
Lucy Liang; AICI CIP, Beijing Chapter
Lucy Liang is the founder and President of IDEO Image . A pioneer to introduce the "image consulting” concept among the Chinese communities in the metropolitan area of New York City and a leader of image industry in Mainland China, she is the first consultant in Mainland China that received CIF and CIP qualifications from AICI (Association of Image Consultants International), and served AICI Beijing Chapteras President during 2007-2010.
As image and etiquette trainer and educator, Lucy Liang devotes herself to bringing the highest standards of professional image and manners for the people in China and U.S. Ms. Liang holds a Master’s degree in Management from University of Surrey in England. After she moved to United Sates, she graduated from New York Fashion Institute of Technology majoring in Image Consulting, and was professionally certified by AICIand NYIRC (New York Image Resource Center).
Ms. Liang has extensive experience in many sections of image consulting which include visual image, verbal communication, non-verbal communication, and beauty pageant production. While she served her Presidency of AICI Beijing Chapter she successfully organized 2007 AICI FLC Beijing Examination and Medias including Beijing Education Day in August 2007. She also successfully produced Miss Chinese New YorkBeauty Pageant in 2005, 2006, 2012 as Managing Director and Image Consultant.
As a corporate trainer, Lucy Liang also provides programs across image management, corporate protocol and social etiquettes. Her clienteles include banks, attorney offices, institutions and business organizations such as HSBC, Bank of China, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Kempinski Hotel, Shanghai Eastern TV station, to name a few. With a mission of empowering people to reach their full potential, Ms. Liang has impacted many individuals, executives and corporations, leading and contributing to their personal or organizational growth and finalsuccess.
With an unique sense on image and profound expertise, Ms. Liang has been regularly interviewed, quoted in press, articles and with appearances in medias in United States and China, Her weekly radio show "InFashion” on Chinese American Voice Station was one of the most popular local programs.

Keiko Nagao; AICI FLC, Tokyo Chapter
After 25 years of experience at Japan Airlines, she established Globalimage Co Ltd. In her long years of experience at JAL she achieved significant results in training to staffs, serving the Imperial family, the prime minister and VIPs of the world. Especially her exceptional skills in customer service, manners and verbal, nonverbal communication, international protocols and training methods are recognized as one of the highest quality in Japan.
Based on this experience, she is currently working in the concierge service industry providing support to companies in training staffs which would define the company’s image, improve management skills and organizational development for managers. Currently, she consults individuals and groups of managers, companies’ presidents, lawyers and doctors and schools, and medical institutions. Also, she has been running various Wine & Dine training courses at countless companies and culture center since she qualified Senior Sommelier of wine.
Furthermore, as for her international successes, she is holding customer service trainings and image consultation in China. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to train domestic personnel to adapt to globalization and foster personnel who can act as global managers.
In 2007 she joined AICI. Since 2008, she has been serving as VP Education Tokyo chapter. In 2009 she made a great contribution on inviting FLC paper test at Tokyo and performing the first Education Day. Also, she contributed in increasing the Japanese members by translating English documents to Japanese for overcoming difference in languages. Tokyo Chapter Education Events, which have been held every November since 2009 is also one of her dedications. She also actively pursued civility and philanthropy activities to receive awards to AICI Tokyo Chapter. She served as AICI Civility Ambassador in 2012. From 2013, she serves as the President of AICI Tokyo Chapter.

Imogen Lamport; AICI CIP, Melbourne Chapter
Imogen Lamport is a past president and VP Communications of the AICI Australia/Melbourne chapter, as well as currently serving on the international board as VP Funds Development. She believes that increasing the professionalism, knowledge and training for all image consultants will make the profession stronger and more respected in the public eye and our new AICI Webinars for furthering your image knowledge was her brainchild. Imogen has a passion for publishing (having worked for Penguin Books in a previous life) and instigated the first AICI Guide to Tipping which is compiled from information contributed by our AICI members and is now available for purchase on Amazon.
Imogen has been an image consultant for over 10 years, she consults with both personal and business clients as well as facilitating workshops for the cancer charity Look Good Feel Better in one of Melbourne’s major hospitals.
As someone who loves to share her image knowledge, she co-developed the Absolute Colour system of 18 colour directions in 2009, trains and mentors image consultants both online and in the classroom through the Academy of Professional Image as well as writes the style blog Inside Out Style which has millions of readers each year who email her daily asking for assistance with their image related questions.
Imogen has partly mastered the use of her computer and has managed to write and publish 4 style related ebooks, along with her blog, and has presented workshops and concurrent sessions at AICI conferences in Arizona, Orlando, Hawaii and Manila (Philippines) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) to share what she knows.
She is passionate about the image business and her goal is to help AICI become the premier global professional association for image professionals.
