AICI Annual Conference Speaker Information

Thank you for your interest participating in the 2015 AICI International Conference. Below you will find the information you will need for the Conference, August 27-30, 2015 at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel. We are dedicated to making this conference a success and we know you are too.

Conference speakers must register for the conference by June 1, 2015. Register for the conference here.

Assistance

To reach AICI’s logistical support, please contact Erin Babarskis. Erin will be able to answer most questions. If not, she will connect you with the right person.

Equipment:

Equipment: AICI provides a screen, LCD projector, one wireless microphone per speaker, and one wired podium microphone (if needed for your presentation). Additional AV needs will be at your own expense and must be requested in writing no later than June 15, 2015. No additional AV requests will be honored at the conference site. Presenters are required to provide their own laptops as well as your laptop adapter/attachment for projector to the conference. Please coordinate your speaker needs with Erin Babarskis.

Presentation Copy:

Please bring a digital copy of presentation on a flash drive with you to the conference in the event of a computer problem.

Hotel Accommodations

You are responsible for your own hotel reservations. Make your reservation at The Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel prior to Friday, July 10, 2015 to receive our conference attendee room rate of $159.00 USD plus tax and fees, single/double occupancy. Shipping

Presenters are responsible for the cost of shipping class displays, teaching aids, samples, etc. to and from the Conference site.

Submit your Session Handouts

Click Here to Upload Session Handouts. AICI is going green! Conference attendees will be able to access the links to print the handouts prior to coming to the conference.

Attendees will be able to access the links on the mobile app, on tablets, computer, or phone. If you wish to have your handouts printed and available onsite, you can do so at your own expense. AICI will NOT be responsible for printing materials onsite.
