New This Year

More time with attendees
Exhibitors will now get over 16 hours of time with attendees as compared to 6 hours at past conferences! That’s 10 more hours of time to connect and collaborate with your future customers! We’ve also added a Thursday night Opening Reception to the exhibit area with food, cocktails, and music to encourage relaxed opportunities for you to engage with attendees!

The exhibit hall will be located in a high traffic area, in a foyer near registration and the General Session. Attendees MUST walk by your booths to get to any session and registration. Reception, Breakfast, and Break stations will be spread throughout the exhibit hall, to encourage foot traffic around the entire space, instead of having one buffet line in one area.

New options include opportunities for you to host an internet café, sponsor a keynote speaker, sponsor the hotel guest room keys, and sponsor the Opening Reception. Attendee registrants receive conference materials, admission to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday sessions, the Thursday Opening Reception, Friday Reception, and Saturday Gala event. Thursday’s pre-conference workshops, advance workshops and FLC exams are separately priced. Allotted attendee registrations are included with different exhibit/sponsor packages, as noted on page 3.

Exhibit representatives receive admission to the Thursday Opening Reception, Breakfasts, Lunches and Breaks in the exhibit area. Exhibit space does not include participation in the Gala Awards Dinner, AICI pre-workshops, concurrent educational sessions, or keynote presentations.

Each exhibit company will receive an exhibit packet on-site that includes an AICI Brochure, current attendee list, and an area map.

Exhibit tables will be located in the Grand Ballroom Prefunction Space of the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel (see diagram). Tables will be 6’ long and will include a table linen, 2 chairs per table, wastebasket.

We expect exhibit space to sell quickly. All sponsorship options will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
